- Membership automatically renews monthly until canceled.
- Member must be 21 or older with valid ID.
- Benefits are individual, nontransferable, and do not roll over.
- Reservations are required and subject to capacity.
- Premium dinners, private events, and specialty events may be excluded.
- Discounts cannot be combined with happy hour, promotional pricing, or other discounts.
- Bottles are picked up at Helina Marie's; selections not collected within 60 days may be replaced with a comparable current selection.
- Cancel before the next billing date. Charges already processed are nonrefundable and not prorated.
- Benefits remain active only while the membership account is current.
